Your search criteria will be entered into the NVM-database, a database for Dutch certified real estate agents, which will automatically search for relevant properties on a daily basis. New listings will be sent to your e-mail address every day.
Your real estate agent will make arrange appointment to the properties of your liking and will assist you during the viewings.
Valuations and negotiations
Our certified appraisers will complete a valid appraisal of your new home and advise you during the process of buying your potential new home. Based on the valid appraisal we will negotiate the best deal on your behalf.
Closing the deal
Lastly, we will advise you on legal, as well as structural and building engineering matters. We will assist you in closing the deal with regards to the purchase contract and deed of delivery to the notary. After this process you can consider yourself the owner of your new home.
